Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer-facing or concierge roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills including email and property management software
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality customer service luxury retail or service environments with elevated standards
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport and provide attentive personalized service
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Dependable team player with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of security procedures and guest access management preferred
Job Duties
- Manage concierge desk operations including packages and guest access with accuracy and discretion
- Act as a central point of coordination between residents and onsite teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Maintain visibility in the lobby balancing hospitality presence with awareness of building activity
- Create a consistent polished experience by recognizing residents and anticipating their needs
- Handle resident requests with judgment and follow-through ensuring issues are resolved without escalation
