This role is based at The Olivian, a Greystar-managed property, which is currently seeking an experienced Concierge. The Concierge is a vital member of the team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding residents' and prospects' expectations. This role requires a proactive, organized, and friendly individual who can facilitate various resident services and programs while serving as an information resource related to local amenities and services. The Concierge also plays a significant role in coordinating community operations such as managing package deliveries, guest suite schedules, and organizing events.
The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.50, with eligibility for bonus incentives based on individual and company performance. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
- Capability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, and wind
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and take call as needed
- Willingness to travel rarely for training, meetings, or assistance at other properties

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
- Answers phone calls and routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance
- Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
- Manages and coordinates the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
- Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
- Assists the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information to residents and maintains relationships with concierge vendors
