The Olivian, a Greystar-managed community, has an immediate opening for an experienced Concierge. This role is integral to the community's success as it directly impacts resident satisfaction and operational excellence. The Concierge is expected to be a high-performing team member who prioritizes exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding resident and prospect expectations. This position offers an hourly wage between $20.00 and $21.50, with additional compensation tied to individual and company performance through bonus programs. The Concierge is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing a range of resident services and programs. Key responsibilities include greeting residents and prospects with warmth and professionalism, managing guest suite schedules, maintaining clubhouse amenities, handling phone inquiries and package deliveries, and serving as a knowledgeable resource about local area services such as restaurants and shops. Physical demands of the role include the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, as well as lifting and maneuvering weights up to 50 pounds with assistance. The position also requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and may involve occasional travel for training or assistance at other properties. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or support at other properties

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait
  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
  • Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
