Holland Residential fosters a collaborative and professional workplace culture that encourages dedication, growth, and a passion for customer service excellence. The company seeks to attract dependable and customer service-oriented professionals who can contribute to their team and enhance their communities' quality of life.
Holland Residential is currently looking to hire a Concierge to join the property management team at The Lark. This role is pivotal in ensuring residents feel welcomed and well-supported by acting as the first point of contact for visitors and residents alike. The Concierge is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, addressing resident inquiries and concerns, and supporting property management in various administrative and community engagement tasks. This role requires a professional who can balance a friendly demeanor with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
The job offers a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $25.00 to $29.00, with opportunities to earn additional commission and bonus based on performance. The role is full-time and requires flexibility to work any of the seven days of the week throughout the year, including on-call responsibilities. Additionally, the Concierge will be involved in developing and supporting leasing and resident retention programs, marketing efforts, and community activities to foster a sense of belonging and engagement among residents.
Holland Residential provides a supportive environment where employees are encouraged to participate in ongoing training and development programs. The Concierge is expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork while fostering excellent relationships with residents and staff. They must be proficient in basic office tasks, skilled in communication, and capable of making independent decisions to address resident needs effectively.
