The Concierge role at MGM Resorts is an integral part of the guest experience team, designed to elevate the stay of each visitor by delivering personalized, attentive, and memorable interactions. Starting at $19.00 per hour, the role involves engaging with guests across various communication channels including phone, face-to-face interaction, text, email, and fax. The Concierge will act as an ambassador for the MGM brand, expertly managing guest requests and promoting a wide array of amenities such as rooms, dining, entertainment, retail, and exclusive events throughout the resort. This role demands a high level of multitasking ability, as the Concierge will navigate up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest demands efficiently. Beyond handling standard service duties, the Concierge is responsible for conflict resolution, relationship building with vendors and guests, and staying continuously updated about citywide offerings and MGM policies. This position not only requires a welcoming and professional demeanor but also a commitment to ongoing learning and development within the vibrant hospitality community. As part of the staff, the Concierge may also assist with hotel guest check-ins and check-outs, further contributing to seamless guest service delivery. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • minimum of one year of relevant resort or hospitality experience
  • familiarity with industry best practices and association memberships
  • ability to multitask in multiple operating systems
  • strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to build professional networks within the hospitality community
