Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and offering local area information
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Maintain a helpful and welcoming demeanor at all times
  • Be available for on-call coverage to address immediate needs
  • Assist other departments on a PRN basis as required
  • Ensure smooth communication between guests and hotel staff
