Job Requirements

Must be available for on-call coverage
Capable of working different shifts as needed
Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Provide concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and offering local area information
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
Maintain a helpful and welcoming demeanor at all times
Be available for on-call coverage to address immediate needs
Assist other departments on a PRN basis as required
Ensure smooth communication between guests and hotel staff
