The resort is currently seeking a Temporary Full-Time Concierge who embodies the spirit of aloha and has a passion for excellence in guest service. This role reports directly to the Director of Guest Experience and is pivotal in ensuring that guests’ myriad needs and requests are met with attentiveness, personal recommendations, and a genuine warmth that enhances each visitor’s stay. The Concierge position requires a customer-focused, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, and maintains a keen attention to detail.
This temporary full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $31.78 and includes the benefits typically accorded to full-time Four Seasons employees. The work schedule is 40 hours a week across five days, with the possibility of extension based on the resort’s business needs. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential to meet the demands of a dynamic resort environment.
As a Concierge at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of services aimed at exceeding guest expectations. This includes managing guest luggage and correspondence, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local activities and attractions, and establishing vendor relationships to offer timely and accurate recommendations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with preferred proficiency in Japanese, and will bring comprehensive local area knowledge to assist guests effectively.
