Job Duties
- Responsible for taking care of a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Responsible for storing and retrieving of guest luggage and packages, processing of all guest correspondence, staying knowledgeable about activities at the location, and establishing contacts with vendors to provide updated and current information to guests
