The specific location for this role is the prestigious Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina, a luxury beachfront resort situated on the sunny western coast of Oahu, Hawaii. We are looking for a Temporary Full-Time Concierge who embodies the spirit of aloha and possesses a passion for excellence in guest service. Reporting directly to the Director of Guest Experience, the Concierge will play a vital role in ensuring guests have a memorable and seamless stay. This role requires an energetic and experienced customer service professional who can manage multiple tasks with a positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. The Concierge will be responsible for accurately assessing guest needs, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local activities and vendor offerings. Experience with computer systems such as Opera is essential, and flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
