The specific location for this role is the prestigious Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina, a luxury beachfront resort situated on the sunny western coast of Oahu, Hawaii. This island paradise offers guests breathtaking ocean views, vibrant pools and lagoons, and a variety of recreational activities such as outrigger canoe rides, golf at the Ko Olina Golf Club, and holistic wellness services at the Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre. The resort combines a classic Hawaiian style with luxurious modern amenities to create a serene and inviting atmosphere for its guests.

We are looking for a Temporary Full-Time Concierge who embodies the spirit of aloha and possesses a passion for excellence in guest service. Reporting directly to the Director of Guest Experience, the Concierge will play a vital role in ensuring guests have a memorable and seamless stay. This role requires an energetic and experienced customer service professional who can manage multiple tasks with a positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. The Concierge will be responsible for accurately assessing guest needs, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local activities and vendor offerings. Experience with computer systems such as Opera is essential, and flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

  • Japanese language skills are preferred

Job Duties

  • Responsible for taking care of a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for storing and retrieving of guest luggage and packages, processing of all guest correspondence, staying knowledgeable about activities at the location, and establishing contacts with vendors to provide updated and current information to guests
