Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous solid sales experience in a sales quota-bearing structure preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
- Basic functional computer skills including MS Office, internet, and cloud-based programs
- High school diploma
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed
Job Duties
- Create energy by greeting members and guests promptly and enthusiastically
- Know the gym’s products by actively participating in classes and workouts
- Maintain an organized and clean lobby and front desk area
- Work as a team player and support colleagues
- Respond promptly to requests and concerns from team members and members
- Attend to details from rolling towels to selling memberships
- Embody the gym’s brand by reflecting its values through words, actions, and conduct
