The current opportunity is at Stella Residences, managed by Bader, a part-time concierge role that provides valuable support for residents and guests in a vibrant, well-maintained rental community. This position offers 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule covering seven days and includes evenings and weekends. With competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20 to $25, this role is perfect for individuals looking to contribute to a respected property management company while maintaining work-life balance.

As a concierge at Stella Residences, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable front-line representative assisting residents with various needs, such as providing information about local events and excursions, handling telephone inquiries, and supporting the receipt of packages. You will also play an essential part in ensuring the safety and security of the building through regular patrols, monitoring security systems, and emergency response assistance. Attention to detail in reporting incidents and maintaining cleanliness in lobby and office spaces is critical, alongside compliance with OSHA safety standards and Fair Housing regulations.

  • Ability to work 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends

  • Ability to walk and patrol building floors during shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to excursions, sporting events, concerts and plays as needed
  • Answer telephone calls and attends to the needs of the caller and/or takes accurate messages and informs Property Manager so callers needs can be addressed
  • Assist residents and guests with packages
  • Ensures building is secure by walking all floors at least once during shift, monitoring security cameras, and understanding emergency policy manual
  • Accurate and time completion of incident reports
  • Assists with Emergency Personnel services as needed (Fire Department, EMS, etc.) following all emergency policies
  • Clean lobby/office area during shift. Ensures model and amenity areas are in show ready condition
  • Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
  • Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules
  • Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Other duties as assigned
