We are currently seeking Front Desk Attendants to join our team on an on-call basis. These positions are integral to maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of our luxury properties. Front Desk Attendants will act as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, setting the tone for a positive and professional building experience. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As part of the Royale Company team, Front Desk Attendants will engage in duties that include greeting and directing residents and visitors, managing visitor logs, handling incoming communications, and overseeing mail and package reception. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, on-call opportunities within a thriving property management environment that values excellent customer service and professionalism.

Job Duties

  • Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests
  • Verifying and recording visitor information

  • Monitoring lobby traffic and alerting residents to arriving guests and deliveries
  • Maintaining logbooks for visitors and contractors
