Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferably in hospitality industry
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly
- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and moving supplies up to 75 pounds
- ability to walk or stand for 90 percent of shift
- ability to work in various environmental conditions such as hot, cold, wet, or noisy
- ability to maintain attendance standards
- ability to maintain neat and well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications
- previous customer service experience preferably in hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of spa equipment usage and safety
- ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English
- strong social skills including patience, tact, and diplomacy
- ability to maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
- ability to operate laundry and flatbed carts
- ability to resolve guest concerns and complaints calmly and efficiently
Job Duties
- ensure cleanliness of all spa and fitness areas
- provide tours of locker rooms and explain amenities to guests
- dispense towels, robes, slippers, and refreshments
- remove and store dirty linens according to procedures
- perform laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens
- monitor locker rooms and replenish supplies regularly
- assist guest flow from locker room to professional staff
- report incidents or accidents to management
- maintain knowledge of facility and amenities to communicate effectively with guests
