Job Description

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is a legendary destination located adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center and only one block away from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Renowned for its vibrant casino, which houses the world’s largest Race & Sports Book, as well as its exceptional dining, nightlife, and live entertainment options, Westgate Las Vegas offers a dynamic and exciting environment for both guests and employees. The resort also boasts the convenience of an onsite Las Vegas Monorail station, providing easy access to the heart of Las Vegas. As a part of Westgate Resorts, a company recognized by U.S. News as one of the Best Companies to Work For, employees benefit from a culture of excellence focused on delivering unforgettable vacation experiences and supporting career growth across more than 60 resorts nationwide.

We are currently hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Spa Concierges, both male and female, to join our exceptional team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a world-class resort environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction and safety. The Spa Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and relaxing atmosphere within the spa and fitness areas. This role demands a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage spa amenities efficiently.

As a Spa Concierge at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, your responsibilities will include maintaining spotless spa and fitness facility areas, providing welcoming tours of our locker rooms, and clearly explaining the availability of amenities. You will manage the distribution of towels, robes, slippers, and refreshments to guests while ensuring that used linens are properly handled according to established procedures. Your role also includes laundry duties such as washing, drying, and folding linens as required.

Monitoring locker rooms and replenishing supplies regularly will be part of your daily routine, as well as facilitating the smooth flow of guests from the locker room to professional spa staff. Communication with facility management regarding any guest, member, or facility concerns is crucial to maintain the highest standards of service. You will be required to stay knowledgeable about the entire property and its amenities to provide accurate information and assistance to guests.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional social skills, including patience, tact, and diplomacy to manage interactions with internal and external guests effectively. You must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently to document important information and provide clear directions. A professional and healthy appearance, along with a positive attitude, is essential, as you represent the spa and the resort as a whole.

This role also requires physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks such as folding towels, handling beverages, operating laundry carts, and lifting or moving linens and supplies. You should be comfortable working under various conditions, including heat, cold, wet, or noisy environments, and be able to walk or stand for most of your shift.

Joining Westgate Resorts means becoming part of a company that values equal employment opportunities and provides reasonable accommodations to support candidates with disabilities during the application process. We strive to offer a supportive and rewarding workplace where your contributions are recognized and your professional development is encouraged. If you have previous hospitality or customer service experience, especially in a resort spa or housekeeping setting, and a high school diploma or equivalent, we invite you to apply and help us create remarkable experiences for our guests.
