The role of Concierge Shift Lead at Larksfield Place is a full-time position on the third shift, spanning midnight to 8:00 AM, and includes responsibilities such as rotating on-call coverage to provide after-hours support. This leadership role is essential to maintaining seamless operations within the Concierge Services team during the overnight shift, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to residents, visitors, and fellow team members. The Concierge Shift Lead acts as the primary point of contact for coordinating shift coverage, delegating tasks, and resolving any issues that arise promptly and effectively. A key part of this position involves coaching concierge staff on communication protocols, service standards, and hospitality best practices, fostering a collaborative and professional team atmosphere. In addition, the lead is responsible for monitoring performance, documenting service requests and incident reports, and escalating unresolved matters to senior management where appropriate.
