In addition, the role involves monitoring performance metrics, documenting service requests, and escalating unresolved issues to management, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

Beyond operational oversight, the Concierge Shift Lead plays a critical role in new employee onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and training, helping embed the community culture and supporting professional development pathways. Accountability for safety protocols, compliance with policies, and regulatory standards is essential, reflecting the community's commitment to a secure and compliant living environment. The role also encompasses some minor administrative duties such as tracking departmental expenses and scheduling, which require attention to detail and organizational skills.

A career at Larksfield Place is more than a job; it represents an opportunity to be part of a community committed to service excellence and making a meaningful impact daily. The supportive work environment values professionalism, hospitality, and a team-oriented culture, providing ample opportunities for career growth including professional development and tuition reimbursement.
