Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least three years of experience in hospitality or related fields
- valid driver’s license
- ability to pass a physical exam
- compliance with vaccination and TB screening requirements
- proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- experience with office equipment
- strong communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of experience in hospitality, concierge, customer service, or related fields
- strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- experience using standard office equipment (e.g., computer, copier, phone systems)
- intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- high school diploma or GED required
- additional hospitality or leadership training preferred
- valid driver’s license required
- must pass a physical exam and meet all vaccination and TB screening requirements
Job Duties
- Serve as the on-shift leader for the Concierge Services team, ensuring seamless operations and timely issue resolution
- coordinate shift coverage, assignments, and task delegation to maintain service excellence
- provide on-the-spot coaching and support to concierge staff, reinforcing communication protocols, service standards, and hospitality best practices
- monitor shift performance, document service requests and incident reports, and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed
- support new employee training and onboarding, offering ongoing mentorship while reinforcing company culture and professional development initiatives
- maintain accountability for safety procedures, policy compliance, and regulatory standards
- assist in tracking departmental expenses, scheduling, and minor administrative functions
- participate in rotating on-call coverage, providing after-hours support for escalated concerns as scheduled
- uphold and model Larksfield Place’s premier service standards with every resident, visitor, and teammate interaction
