This opportunity is for a Concierge Services Team Manager within PwC's Business Services practice. The role is designed for an experienced leader who will oversee and coordinate a team that provides critical administrative support to senior executives and ensures seamless business operations. The Concierge Services Team Manager will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling sensitive information with confidentiality, and facilitating communication across different organizational levels. Acting as a pivotal link between business operations and administration, the Manager will play a key role in driving process improvements and fostering a high-performing, motivated team.

This position offers a flexible and dynamic leadership role where mentoring and developing staff are priorities. The Manager will not only support the day-to-day functions but also lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget considerations. Emphasizing technology adoption and innovation, the successful candidate will continuously seek to optimize efficiency and service delivery. The salary range for this position spans from $73,500 to $212,280, with residents of Washington state eligible for a higher ceiling up to $244,000. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and qualifications, and all employees qualify for an annual discretionary bonus. Job Requirements

  • at least a high school diploma or the equivalent degree
  • at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles and/or PwC experience
