Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers warmly, offering enhanced services such as gift wrapping, gift card sales, online ordering, inventory look-up, and package pickups. Utilizing suggestive selling techniques, the Concierge Services Associate recommends products tailored to customer needs to boost sales and promote customer loyalty. An essential part of the role involves introducing customers to the Belk rewards program and the Belk App to encourage repeat interactions and build lasting relationships. Additionally, the associate handles transactions accurately, addresses customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally, and maintains a visually appealing and organized service area.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer usage and technology
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
