Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods averaging 7-8 hours per day

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous concierge experience strongly preferred

- Proficient in sales operating systems, internet research, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Communicates attentively with guests by phone, internet, and in person
- Handles reservations, cancellations, and bookings promptly
- Maintains referral contacts and event information for the Concierge Team
- Provides detailed local information and customizes packages for guests
- Acts as a travel consultant and books tickets or reservations
- Upholds guest service excellence and builds relationships with service providers
- Cross sells and up sells company tours, services, and products
