Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
- First shift: 6am-3pm
- This is an onsite position 5 days weekly
- Not remote or hybrid

Job Duties
- Provide elevated customer service and take care of all conference room, shared office spaces (hoteling), client meeting rooms, visitor offices and common areas at a client location
- Schedule use of shared offices and meeting spaces for clients and visitors to firm and set up shared spaces/workstations with necessary IT equipment
- Coordinate and upkeep client conference rooms, common areas and offices, perform walk through of floors to inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use
- Organize and manage IT requests for shared office spaces and meeting rooms, maintain inventory control of shared office spaces and order supplies as needed
- Maintain copy rooms, stock general supplies, deliver paper and perform basic daily maintenance
- Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services, utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
