The role requires proficiency with office equipment such as computers, calculators, copy machines, and postage machines.

The ideal candidate embodies these values and demonstrates a friendly, courteous, and patient demeanor. Prior experience in front desk or reception-related work is preferred, along with knowledge of resident rights and confidentiality requirements. While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. The company supports career growth through development programs and offers a comprehensive benefits package for team members working 24 or more hours per week.

The Concierge position is more than a job; it is a chance to impact the lives of treasured residents positively and to be a part of a team that values transformational culture and servant-leadership.
