The Concierge Security Supervisor role at GardaWorld Security Services is a key leadership position designed for individuals who can seamlessly combine security expertise with outstanding interpersonal skills. Located at the Lake Liberty site in Washington, this full-time position offers a set schedule of Monday to Friday from 5 am to 1 pm, totaling 40 hours per week. The hourly wage offered for this role is competitive at $24 per hour, and GardaWorld provides additional financial flexibility through DailyPay, allowing employees to access their earnings early.
As a Concierge Security Supervisor, you will be the focal point for customer service and security at the assigned site. Your responsibilities will revolve around welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding guests, and ensuring the safety of everyone on the premises. The role requires active management of access control, conducting regular patrols to identify potential security risks, inspecting security equipment to ensure it is operational, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies that arise.
Beyond typical supervisory duties, the role demands a high level of engagement with people across all shifts and environments to foster an atmosphere of trust and confidence. You will be expected to respond adeptly to inquiries both in person and by phone, write detailed incident reports, and effectively communicate any security concerns to relevant stakeholders. First aid skills and the ability to coordinate with emergency response teams are also essential aspects of the position.
Joining GardaWorld as a Concierge Security Supervisor offers more than just a job. It is a career pathway enriched with extensive support, training, and opportunities for upward mobility within one of the world’s most respected security firms.
