At Titan Security, the focus goes beyond simply delivering protective services – the company fosters an environment where employees can find fulfilling careers with opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed. This is particularly true for those joining as Concierge Security Officers. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and security while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is an excellent fit for individuals who take pride in helping others, enjoy a dynamic work environment that involves both administrative responsibilities and active security measures, and seek a stable career with a company that supports professional development.

In the Concierge Security Officer role, you will be responsible for assisting visitors, tenants, and vendors by providing directions and general business information, operating front desk security protocols, and managing administrative logs related to property and personnel activities. The role requires monitoring security cameras, conducting patrols to prevent theft, and responding promptly to incidents, including emergencies. This is a multifaceted position that blends hospitality with security, requiring a dependable presence and strong communication skills. Working with Titan Security means becoming part of a team that values accountability and innovation in protecting people and property.

Positions typically start with an hourly wage ranging from $19.50 to $21.35, depending on experience, location, and specific duties. Employment with Titan Security offers access to numerous benefits such as paid time off and holidays, medical and dental insurance, skills-enhancing training, and clear opportunities for career growth and promotion. The company also values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. If you are dedicated, ready to provide excellent customer service combined with vigilant security practices, and desire a position that encourages ongoing learning and development, this opportunity with Titan Security may be the right fit for you.
