The company offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.00 with the option for DailyPay, allowing employees to access earned wages promptly. GardaWorld also provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching, paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options. Uniforms are provided at no cost, ensuring employees present a professional image. The position requires open availability for on-call shifts and a commitment to safety and professionalism. Employment is subject to successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
