GardaWorld is currently seeking a Concierge Security Officer for their Phoenix, Arizona location. This is a full-time position with a set schedule from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday, offering a competitive hourly wage of $19.50. The role emphasizes a unique blend of security and customer service responsibilities, where the officer is expected to build meaningful connections with visitors, clients, and staff to foster a safe and welcoming environment. The Concierge Security Officer plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while managing security protocols. This includes greeting and verifying the identity of visitors, managing access control, performing regular patrols to identify and mitigate security risks, inspecting security equipment, and responding effectively to incidents. The officer must be adept at multitasking between security duties and customer engagement, providing first aid when necessary, and coordinating with emergency teams. Exceptional communication skills are essential as the officer frequently answers questions, both in person and by phone, and is responsible for writing clear incident reports and conveying security concerns to management.

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, be authorized to work in the U.S., and be prepared to undergo an extensive screening process including background checks and drug screening. Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in basic phone and computer usage. State licensure for security is required if applicable.
