GardaWorld Security Services is currently hiring a Concierge Security Officer to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This full-time position offers a set schedule, working Monday through Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a competitive hourly wage of $17 per hour. This role centers around a high level of customer service and interaction as the Concierge Security Officer will be stationed in dynamic environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role requires an individual who naturally builds meaningful connections, inspires confidence, and provides reassurance to visitors and clients.

The Concierge Security Officer is responsible for a variety of duties that blend customer service with security protocols. Key responsibilities include greeting and verifying the identity of visitors, managing access control, conducting regular patrols to assess potential risks, inspecting security equipment, and responding appropriately to incidents. This role also involves providing first aid when necessary, coordinating with emergency response teams, answering questions from visitors on-site or by phone, and writing detailed incident reports to communicate any security concerns. Ensuring the safety and protection of all individuals and property within the assigned location is paramount.
