The role of the Concierge Security Officer at GardaWorld Security Services is fundamental to the company’s mission of delivering elite security services combined with exceptional customer care. This position, located in Wilmington, DE, offers both part-time and full-time schedules with competitive hourly wages starting at $18.50 per hour. As a Concierge Security Officer, the primary focus is on customer service and building meaningful connections with visitors and clients while maintaining security protocols. Officers will work primarily overnight shifts, from midnight to 8:00 AM Tuesday through Thursday for part-time positions, and a mix of midnight to 8:00 AM and midnight to noon Friday through Monday for full-time roles. The role requires a proactive approach to managing access control, conducting regular patrols to identify potential security risks, inspecting security equipment, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies. The concierge aspect of this position involves welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding guests, handling inquiries both in person and by phone, and writing detailed incident reports to communicate security concerns effectively.
