GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring for the role of Concierge Security Officer located in Miami, FL. This position primarily involves providing security services at a concierge post in a car lot environment, with a strong emphasis on customer service and interpersonal engagement. The role requires the ability to build meaningful connections with clients and visitors, reassuring and inspiring confidence through effective communication and presence.
The Concierge Security Officer will work various shifts including full-time schedules from Saturday to Wednesday and Thursday to Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, as well as part-time shifts on Sundays and Mondays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Fridays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.50 with daily pay options available exclusively for GardaWorld employees.
As a Concierge Security Officer, responsibilities include welcoming and guiding visitors, managing access control, performing regular patrols, inspecting security equipment, responding to incidents, providing first aid when necessary, and coordinating with emergency teams. The role also involves documentation such as writing incident reports and communicating any security concerns to appropriate parties. This is a driving post requiring a Florida Class D license, and officers must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
This is a customer-facing role situated in dynamic environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, requiring exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in basic phone and computer operations. GardaWorld values candidates with security, military, or law enforcement experience, although it is not mandatory.
