Your duties will include greeting visitors and verifying their identities with professionalism and courtesy. You'll manage access control, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises. Regular patrols to monitor potential risks, inspections of security equipment, and timely reporting of maintenance needs are critical aspects of this job. Additionally, responding adeptly to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency response teams, and maintaining detailed incident reports are essential responsibilities. The ability to communicate clearly, whether in person or over the phone, will contribute to the overall safety and satisfaction of the facility's occupants.

GardaWorld offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions; paid time off and holidays; disability coverage; and life insurance options. Employees receive uniforms at no cost, and there is a clear path for career advancement within the company. GardaWorld's culture encourages those with entrepreneurial spirits and ambition to grow into ambassador roles and leadership positions. Employment is contingent upon successful background checks and drug screenings.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are authorized to work in the U.S., have a high school diploma or GED, and possess excellent customer service skills.
