The role of Concierge Security Officer at GardaWorld Security Services is centered around delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring safety and security. This position is based in Chandler, AZ, and offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 with daily pay options available. The schedule includes shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Monday and Tuesday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a non-traditional workweek.

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients in diverse environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your ability to build meaningful connections, engage with people naturally, and inspire confidence will be critical to your success. This role demands a high focus on customer interaction, including welcoming guests, verifying identities, guiding visitors, and addressing their inquiries either in person or over the phone.

Beyond customer service, your responsibilities will include managing access control, conducting regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks, inspecting security equipment, and reporting any issues for maintenance. You will also respond promptly to incidents, provide first aid when necessary, and coordinate emergency responses to ensure the safety and protection of all individuals and assets on-site. Accurate documentation through incident reports and clear communication of security concerns are essential to maintaining a safe environment.
