Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Successful completion of background check
- Meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers
- Ability to work weekend shifts including Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior security experience necessary
- Customer service background in retail, food service, or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers
- Good observation and communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Observe and report activities and incidents at the apartment complex
- Patrol premises to ensure security and safety
- Enforce regulations and directives pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
- Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Lift and move items up to 25 pounds as needed
- Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors
