Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- pass an extensive screening process
- have exceptional customer service skills
- be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- be at least 21 years of age
- hold a valid driver’s license
- be available to work holidays
- be able to obtain and maintain IA security license

- previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome and verify visitor identity
- guide visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- manage access control and monitor premises
- perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- inspect and report maintenance needs of security equipment
- respond to incidents and provide first aid
- write incident reports and communicate security concerns
