The current opportunity is for a Concierge Security Officer position located in Lexington, KY. This role is primarily focused on delivering exceptional customer service in addition to standard security duties. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will serve as the welcoming face and trusted protector at various sites such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position requires working on multiple shifts, including full-time and part-time options, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules. Shifts include second shift hours from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and third shift overnight hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. A competitive hourly wage of $16 is offered, along with DailyPay access for employees.
In this role, your primary responsibility is to build meaningful connections with visitors and staff, reassuring and inspiring confidence through your approachable and professional demeanor. You will be tasked with customer service duties such as greeting visitors, verifying identities, guiding guests, and responding to inquiries both in person and over the phone. Additionally, you will manage access control, perform regular patrols to identify potential risks, inspect security equipment, and report maintenance needs. The role requires vigilance in incident response, including providing first aid and coordinating with emergency teams when necessary. Documentation skills are essential as you will need to write incident reports and communicate security concerns effectively.
