Notably, GardaWorld is unique in being the only guarding security company in the United States certified by Great Place to Work, underscoring its commitment to providing a positive work environment.

Candidates interested in this role must be prepared to undergo an extensive screening process, including background checks and drug screening after a job offer is extended. They encourage applications from individuals with military, law enforcement, or security experience but also welcome those new to the field who possess strong customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
