Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass extensive screening process including background check and drug screening
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic proficiency with phone and computer
State license if required
Availability to work set shifts Tuesday through Saturday

Job Duties

Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
