About the role: GardaWorld is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join as Concierge Security Officers in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires individuals who excel in customer service and communication, bringing a welcoming presence to every shift, whether it be day or night. The Concierge Security Officer serves as the frontline liaison between the security team and the public, tasked with engaging visitors in a way that reassures them and instills confidence through professional demeanor and effective communication. The position offers various shifts including full-time and part-time schedules, providing a competitive hourly wage of $16.00. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum age of 21 years
  • valid driver's license
  • clean driving record
  • authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • strong customer service abilities
  • basic computer and phone skills
  • willingness to work varied shifts
  • state security license if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • be able to provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
  • must be 21 years of age, have valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • be able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • proficient in basic phone and computer skills
  • security, military, law enforcement experience is a plus
  • have a state license if required

Job Duties
