This role demands a blend of vigilant security practices and exceptional communication skills to handle various situations with professionalism and composure. The position offers competitive pay at $16.00 per hour with the benefit of DailyPay availability for GardaWorld employees.

Several shift options are available to accommodate different schedules including full-time and part-time opportunities. Full-time shifts run Monday through Thursday on the third shift from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. with additional Friday hours, while part-time roles cover weekend shifts in either the first or third shift schedules. The employment package includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; a 401(k) savings plan with employer match; paid time off policy; paid holidays; disability coverage; and life insurance options. Furthermore, employees receive uniforms at no cost, and the company offers structured career growth opportunities for those aspiring to advance within GardaWorld. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of background checks and drug screening, underscoring the company's commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and demonstrate exemplary customer service skills. Candidates with prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement are highly preferred, as is holding a relevant state security license where required.
