Additional responsibilities include providing first aid when necessary, coordinating with emergency teams, handling inquiries both in person and by phone, and maintaining detailed incident reports. This role requires candidates to be authorized to work in the U.S., possess a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and pass a thorough screening process.
