This certification reflects GardaWorld's dedication to fostering a culture of respect, professionalism, and employee development. Their comprehensive approach to security covers tactical, surveillance, and concierge roles, catering to diverse client needs across office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more.
The role of Concierge Security Officer at GardaWorld Security Services is a vital position focused on blending security expertise with exceptional customer service. This full-time position, based in Springville, UT, offers a set schedule of 40 hours per week, specifically from Saturday-Sunday and Tuesday-Thursday, during the overnight shift of 11:30 pm to 6:30 am. The hourly wage is competitive at $18.68, and employees have access to DailyPay, offering flexibility in earnings. As a Concierge Security Officer, your primary responsibility is to build meaningful connections with visitors and tenants, showcasing your ability to engage naturally and foster a reassuring environment. Attention to detail and proactive risk identification through patrols are crucial. You will also be expected to inspect security equipment, report maintenance needs, respond effectively to incidents including providing first aid, coordinate with emergency teams, and communicate clearly through incident reporting.
This role not only focuses on safety but also emphasizes a warm, approachable demeanor to assist visitors either in person or by phone. The position requires someone with excellent customer service skills who can serve as a confident and friendly presence. GardaWorld Security offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.
