The Concierge Security Officer position at GardaWorld is a unique role that combines the responsibilities of a traditional security guard with exceptional customer service skills. Located in Clearwater, FL, this full-time position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, allowing for predictable work hours and work-life balance. In this role, the Concierge Security Officer serves as the first point of contact, welcoming and assisting visitors, verifying identities, and ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access to the premises. The officer performs regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks, monitors security equipment, and responds promptly to any incidents. Responsibilities include providing first aid if necessary, coordinating with emergency teams, and maintaining communication on any security concerns through detailed incident reports.
