This commitment is supported by a culture that emphasizes integrity, respect, and excellence in every aspect of its work. The company takes pride in its team-oriented approach, fostering an environment where teamwork truly makes the dream work, and where employees feel valued and empowered to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

The Concierge/Receptionist is responsible for greeting all visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, whether in person or via phone. This role is instrumental in setting the tone for the resident and guest experience by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere from the moment they arrive. The Concierge/Receptionist must be compassionate, dependable, and capable of dealing tactfully with a variety of people, including employees, residents, family members, and visitors.
This position also requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to assist with administrative tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience and the ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously. Employees also benefit from voluntary insurance options, pet insurance, employee assistance programs, referral bonuses, and various employee discounts. This comprehensive benefits package underscores the company’s commitment to supporting the well-being and growth of its employees as much as it does for its residents.
