Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
- requires standing, sitting for long periods, walking, and occasional climbing
- ability to handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects
- must be able to reach with hands and arms
- ability to work at a computer for extended periods and talk on phone extensively
- must detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
- occasional overtime required
- ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend board meetings
- ability to navigate building/property quickly and easily
- physical demands representative of essential job functions
Job Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- strong communication and time management skills
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- good written and verbal communication
- strong interpersonal skills
- command of information system hardware/software preferred

Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- meets and greets residents
- checks guests and service providers in/out
- understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
- monitors and operates electronic security control systems
- accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms
- assists with general concierge services
- performs administrative clerical work, Word and Excel document tasks
- walks building premises for monitoring
- monitors and controls access to the building
- resolves and follows up on complaints/issues, escalating when necessary
- helps maintain a safe and secure environment
- may perform other duties as assigned
