The role of a Part-Time Concierge Associate is vital to the smooth operation and enjoyable living environment of the residential properties managed. This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service by serving as the initial point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents, monitoring access to the building, performing security monitoring through electronic control systems, and managing administrative tasks such as maintaining logs and using standard office software including Word and Excel. The Concierge Associate helps maintain safety by patrolling the premises and responding to emergencies according to established protocols. This part-time position pays $19.00 per hour and requires flexibility, including possible overtime, weekend work, and attendance at board meetings. The role demands physical capability for light lifting, walking, standing, and occasional climbing, with a focus on vigilance for auditory and visual alarms and adherence to access control procedures. Job Requirements
