Job Description

Serenity is a technology-driven company dedicated to offering advanced, evidence-based solutions for members seeking better outcomes. Our company proudly operates premium, high-volume service locations, setting a high standard in both service quality and member experience. At Serenity, we believe operational excellence and revenue performance go hand in hand, making our leadership teams vital to our ongoing success. Our commitment to innovation and quality places us at the forefront of the industry, and we are proud to maintain a culture that values professionalism, detail, and measurable results.

Currently, Serenity is seeking a full-time Concierge Sales Manager to oversee one of our premium service locations in Parker, CO. This role is designed for candidates passionate about leading teams, driving sales success, and managing fast-paced service environments efficiently. The Concierge Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, revenue performance, and delivering an exceptional member experience throughout every interaction. With a competitive base salary of $100,000 plus bonus incentives, this position offers a rewarding career opportunity for professionals with a history of leadership and sales achievement.

The Concierge Sales Manager will manage staffing, scheduling, and floor oversight while ensuring service quality consistently meets Serenity’s high standards. This position demands a commercial mindset with a focus on maximizing every member interaction to enhance relationship-building and revenue growth. A key aspect of the role includes monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators such as sales volume, conversion rates, and service quality metrics to optimize location performance. Effective leadership in this position also involves establishing performance expectations, delivering structured coaching and feedback, and addressing any performance issues promptly and constructively.

Ideal candidates will bring over ten years of leadership experience in service-driven environments, including operations and sales management. While experience in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service industries is advantageous, the most important qualities are a consistent record of meeting sales targets, comfort with data-driven decision-making, and proactive problem-solving abilities. Candidates should excel at navigating performance conversations and driving their teams toward sustained excellence.

Serenity offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports the health and well-being of our team members, including 90 percent employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also provide a 401(k) retirement plan, generous paid time off starting with 10 days and increasing after the first year, as well as 10 paid holidays annually. We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and drug screening in accordance with industry best practices and Colorado state laws.

This opportunity at Serenity is the perfect next step for a dynamic and experienced leader who values both operational excellence and commercial success. If you thrive in environments where attention to detail, team motivation, and consistent sales results are paramount, we encourage you to join us as we continue to set new standards for premium service experiences.
