Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and administrative work
  • Valid driver's license with valid auto insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally over 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed
  • Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening
  • Availability to work Saturdays with schedule adjustment during the week

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service and administrative work

  • Some college preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must possess strong conflict resolution skills
  • Valid driver's license with valid auto insurance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Entrata experience preferred but will train
  • Successfully pass drug screening
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses
  • Saturdays are required, schedule adjustment during the week

Job Duties

  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Help direct walk-in traffic
  • Help direct vendors, contractors, delivery personnel, etc. to the correct location or put them in contact with the proper employee
  • Ensure residents and guest needs are met: provide directions, suggestions for restaurants in the area, etc.
  • Greet residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Coordinate special events or special projects as assigned
  • Assist residents and guests with any issues or concerns
