Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and administrative work
- Valid driver's license with valid auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally over 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed
- Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Availability to work Saturdays with schedule adjustment during the week
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service and administrative work

- Some college preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess strong conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license with valid auto insurance
- Strong organizational skills
- Entrata experience preferred but will train
- Successfully pass drug screening
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses
- Saturdays are required, schedule adjustment during the week
Job Duties
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Help direct walk-in traffic
- Help direct vendors, contractors, delivery personnel, etc. to the correct location or put them in contact with the proper employee
- Ensure residents and guest needs are met: provide directions, suggestions for restaurants in the area, etc.
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Coordinate special events or special projects as assigned
- Assist residents and guests with any issues or concerns
