The Concierge role at Class X is a cornerstone of the front-of-house operations, crucial in ensuring that every tenant's request and commitment is meticulously tracked, managed, and fulfilled. This highly organized role requires hospitality instincts paired with disciplined processes to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with precision. The Concierge collaborates closely with the Concierge Manager to oversee the full spectrum of tenant-facing activities—from handling tenant requests and communications to coordinating with vendors and assisting with special event programming. Working Monday through Friday during daytime hours and with free weekends, this role not only pays competitively between $28 and $36 per hour but also promotes a healthy work-life balance. Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, executive support, or a high-touch service coordination environment
- Exceptional organizational skills demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple open items simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to represent Rivani effectively
- Proficiency with service management platforms, CRM tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset anticipating needs before being asked
- Absolute discretion and professional composure in tenant and team interactions
- Genuine passion for service and interest in a luxury hospitality career
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Support the Concierge Manager and front-of-house team in executing tenant requests, service arrangements, and personalized touchpoints
- Track all open service items with relentless follow-through until each is resolved, confirmed, and documented
- Communicate with tenants in writing and in person with warmth, precision, and discretion
- Maintain accurate and current records of tenant preferences, pending requests, and service history
- Coordinate directly with third-party service providers, vendors, and amenity partners to fulfill tenant requests and event needs
- Provide full operational support to the concierge team during peak periods and high-traffic events, including managing deliveries and visitor registration
- Assist in logistics and coordination for tenant programming, wellness activations, and private events, including RSVP tracking and vendor management
