The Concierge at CBRE serves as the vital first point of contact for guests, tenants, and customers entering a designated building. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to efficiently handle a variety of business and personal service requests. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing service requests, scheduling transportation, making reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions and amenities. The Concierge is instrumental in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all building occupants.
This position is part of CBRE’s Host service line, which aims to enhance individual well-being and organizational effectiveness by integrating people-led services with leading-edge technology. The role involves maintaining a robust database of local businesses and services, following security and emergency protocols, and proactively resolving complex issues to meet team objectives. - Five or more years of related experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of processes, procedures, systems related to job
- Ability to communicate complex information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Inquisitive and proactive approach

Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all entering the facility
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Record and log service requests and track statuses
- Provide administrative support to management
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities
- Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
- Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
- Address inquiries and complaints professionally
