Job Description

Edgewood Properties, founded in 1992, is a premier real estate development and property management company headquartered in New Jersey. Over the past three decades, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and a client-focused approach. Edgewood Properties has expanded its portfolio across the United States, becoming a leader in multi-family residential communities. Currently, the company manages over 6,000 apartment units, with ambitious plans to double this number to over 12,000 units within the next five years, fueled by ongoing construction and development projects. This growth phase represents a dynamic and exciting opportunity for professionals looking to join a forward-thinking organization dedicated to long-term investment and community development, rather than quick sales.

The role of Concierge at The Edge at Raritan Heights, a luxury multi-family property in New Brunswick, NJ, is a full-time position designed to provide exceptional customer service and operational support within the leasing and management office. The Concierge is the welcoming face of the property, engaging with residents, prospective tenants, visitors, and vendors. This role is crucial in creating a positive living environment by facilitating resident needs, managing communications, and supporting community events and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of a vibrant, active community. This position offers a unique blend of customer service, administrative duties, and community engagement. As the first point of contact, the Concierge helps foster resident satisfaction and retention by warmly greeting guests, managing packages, assisting with service requests, and providing detailed information about property amenities and local attractions. Additionally, support of resident events and social media presence helps strengthen community ties and promotes a thriving living experience.

The Concierge position at Edgewood Properties is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and want to grow their careers in property management. The company also offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, an on-site fitness center, and exclusive discounts on housing and home appliances. Edgewood Properties is committed to diversity and inclusion and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status. This commitment fosters a supportive, professional, and respectful workplace where everyone can thrive while contributing to the success and growth of the company and the communities it serves.
