This part-time opportunity, located at 1 Savannah Square Drive, Savannah, GA 31406, offers flexible scheduling, typically one to two days per week, with a competitive pay rate ranging from $16 to $17 per hour based on experience. The Concierge is expected to manage communications effectively, handle reception duties with professionalism and warmth, and maintain an organized and inviting front-desk atmosphere. Duties include answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, managing resident appointments and transportation, coordinating community services, and supporting dining services with meal ticket preparation and tallying.

Beyond routine administrative responsibilities, the role requires a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Concierge works closely with team members across various departments to ensure resident needs are met promptly and with compassion. Job Duties

  • Perform telephone answering and reception duties, managing internal and external calls professionally and courteously
  • Take accurate, detailed messages and ensure timely communication to the appropriate recipient
  • Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly
  • respond to inquiries and provide directions as needed
  • Collate brochures and support marketing materials as requested
  • Prepare meal tickets for team members and family members
  • tally meal count sheets for Dining Services
  • Maintain and update resident phone lists, rosters, move-in and move-out registers, guest logs, and sign-in sheets
  • Coordinate and manage resident and family appointments including transportation, salon services, and other community resources
  • Keep the front desk and entry areas clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Sort, organize, and distribute mail to residents, the Executive Director, and department coordinators
  • Maintain resident forms related to miscellaneous credits
  • Follow all company personnel policies, operating procedures, and confidentiality requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
