The Concierge role at RUI is a pivotal position acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and potential new team members. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone
  • Direct all calls and inquiries to the appropriate associate
  • Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community
  • Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly
  • Assist the Business Office Manager with ordering supplies, filing, and inputting data
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Support daily operations to ensure a smooth and safe community environment
