The role of Concierge at Shell Point is a key part-time position that demands professionalism, friendliness, and excellent communication skills. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Concierge serves as a vital link between residents, administrative staff, and nursing personnel. The responsibilities of this role include coordinating resident appointments, providing clerical support to various departments, managing incoming calls, and acting as a liaison across departments. The ideal candidate for this position will bring at least three years of relevant administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic work environment. A genuine ability to connect with and serve the senior population is essential, as this role involves direct interactions with residents to enhance their experience and well-being.
