The individual in this role greets residents and visitors, answers telephone inquiries, monitors security systems, processes reports, and manages the reception and distribution of deliveries. They also maintain important logs and records related to community key issuance and gate passes.
This position requires someone who can multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor at all times. The candidate will collaborate with multiple departments, providing administrative assistance as needed and addressing resident, family, and employee concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
- must be compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
- proof of COVID-19 vaccination required unless exempted
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- ensure the safety of residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigating unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
- receive and deliver packages, plants, and prescription drugs as requested
- maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
