Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three months of related experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
  • must be compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
  • proof of COVID-19 vaccination required unless exempted

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • ensure the safety of residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigating unusual activity
  • process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • receive and deliver packages, plants, and prescription drugs as requested
  • maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
