Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
- must be compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
- proof of COVID-19 vaccination required unless exempted
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- ensure the safety of residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigating unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
- receive and deliver packages, plants, and prescription drugs as requested
- maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
