The part-time Concierge position at Shell Point is a crucial role that involves coordination, communication, and support within the community. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Concierge serves as the first point of contact for resident appointments and is responsible for providing clerical support to both administrative and nursing staff. Key responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls efficiently, directing them appropriately, and acting as a liaison between various departments. This position requires exemplary communication skills and multitasking abilities, as the Concierge interacts with residents, staff, and visitors regularly. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of related administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. A strong aptitude for working with elderly individuals is essential, emphasizing patience, empathy, and professionalism.
